Seeking best off base Softbank shop (English ○)

I am seeking a Softbank shop than can successfully transfer my Softbank Air service from the 2nd gen router (middle) to the new(ish) 5G router currently being issued (right). It would help if they're OK with English. Willing to pay a referral fee to someone who can point me in the right direction.
