🕖 NO EARLY CUTS ON SLOW NIGHTS
We won’t send you home early just because business is slow. If you’re scheduled for the full shift, you can count on your hours.
💰 HOURLY PAY
• ¥1,200+/hr
• ¥1,500+/hr after 10 PM
🔥 Performance-based pay raises
Short training period: ¥1,100/hr (¥1,375/hr after 10 PM). Experienced bartenders with good English communication skills may be able to skip training.
🇺🇸 Most of our customers are American / U.S. Military, so you must be comfortable communicating in English.
🇯🇵 Applicants must have valid authorization to work in Japan.
