Johnny's Used Cars is looking for a bilingual (English & Japanese) warranty/customer service representative, guy or gal. Must be well organized, detail oriented, have good communication and basic computer skills. For warranty, will be responsible for scheduling, communicating with mechanics/customers and other misc. duties. For customer service, that's primarily late payment collection. Other smaller duties are required. Knowledge of vehicles is preferred but not necessary. A valid Japanese driver's license and visa allowing you to work in Japan is required. We DO NOT sponsor.
