Mediatti Broadband Communications (MBC) is seeking an experienced VP Accounting / Controller to lead our finance, accounting, and HR operations. This key leadership role supports our mission of providing reliable High-Speed Internet and HD Digital TV to U.S. military communities in Okinawa.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all financial operations (U.S. GAAP & JGAAP)
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Ensure tax and payroll compliance (U.S. & Japan)
- Lead HR and accounting teams
- Support executive decision-making and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of accounting experience (3+ in leadership)
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; Japanese accounting familiarity a plus
- Advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills
- CPA and/or Japanese language ability preferred
